Alexis enjoys working with the following population: BIPOC, 1st & 2nd Generation Immigrants, Sex workers, Survivors of Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse Survivors, LGBTQIA+., Adult Children of Abusive Parents.

Areas of Specialties: Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Dissociation & DID, Intergenerational Trauma, Life Post-Narcissistic Abuse and Relational challenges.

In her spare time, Alexis enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones and playing with her dog, Lady.

Diana Hernandez, M.A (She/Her/Hers)

Bilingual Therapist

Diana specializes in working with adults who have experienced trauma. She has numerous years of experience working with survivors of sexual and community based violence. She enjoys empowering her clients to live healthier, more meaningful lives. She utilizes a decolonized, anti-opressive, client-centered and trauma informed therapeutic approach. Diana also offers walk and talk therapy on a case by case basis. Please request an initial consultation to further discuss.

In her spare time, Diana enjoys bike riding, being in nature, reading and spending time with her dog, Bella.

Jennifer Ramirez, MSW, LSW (She/Her/Hers)

Jennifer Ramirez is a bicultural (Mexican/Puerto Rican) trauma therapist who uses an integrative approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her approach is a blend of techniques and coping strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to help empower clients to manage their mental health.

She has gained experience in a various settings including outpatient hospitals and educational settings. She has extensive knowledge of concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, relational challenges, trauma, and individuals navigating life transitions.

In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and thrift shopping.

Erica Guzman (She/Her/Hers)

Erica Guzman is a bilingual Spanish therapist. She achieved her Master’s in social work from Dominican University, with a concentration in Health and Well-Being. Erica has a wide range of experience with adolescents and young adults from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.

Erica was inspired to become a therapist due to her own lived experience of facing oppression and marginalization as a born immigrant herself. 

Erica utilizes a multicultural lens, solution focused, cognitive behavioral approach. She believes it is important to create a safe space where her clients can process, heal, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
